The firm was founded by Mr Filippo Andreussi in July 2017, after an almost 20-year collaboration with two well-known Milan law firms.
It is based in Milan and operates throughout the country, also before the Higher Courts, in the area of ‘business’ criminal law, with particular reference to ‘banking’ criminal law, crimes against property, tax crimes, insolvency, financial, corporate, industrial and public administration offences and, in wider terms, so-called ‘white-collar crimes’, as well as crimes related to health and safety in the workplace.
In the abovementioned matters, the firm provides assistance – both judicial and extrajudicial – to natural persons and legal entities, both Italian and foreign, also with reference to the responsibility of the entity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
