Filippo Andreussi

Mr Filippo Andreussi completed his university course – also characterised by an academic achievements scholarship – in 1998 at the University of Parma, presenting a dissertation in criminal law entitled ‘Crimes against property: receiving stolen goods and money laundering”.

In 2001 he was licensed to practise as a lawyer and registered with the Milan Bar Association.

Mr Andreussi was then qualified to practise law before the Superior Magistrates’ Courts, in whose special register of advocates he has been registered since 2013.

Between 2001 and 2017, Mr Andreussi worked, firstly, at the law firm of Mr Daniele Benedini and, since 2004, at the firm of Mr Guido Carlo Alleva, where he acquired in-depth experience in the various fields of corporate criminal law, also representing clients in high public standing proceedings.

From 2015 to 2017, Mr Andreussi chaired the ‘Luigi Domenico Cerqua’ Commission of criminal law and criminal procedural law of the Milan Young Lawyers Association (AGAM), in which from 2017 to 2019 he was also member of the Board of Arbitrators.

Mr Andreussi is speaker at conferences and seminars relating to his areas of expertise and as of  2017 he is a lecturer within criminal procedural law master’s degree, established by a leading company in the field of professional training.

Before devoting himself to the legal profession, Mr Andreussi was an officer in the Carabinieri Armed Forces, working as teacher in legal disciplines, with a particular focus on criminal law and criminal procedural law.
